There are thousands of small and large suppliers to choose from throughout the USA and abroad. Rochester Marketing provides solutions for these manufacturers with its network of certified suppliers. Our firm offers a "one stop" source for custom designed castings, stampings, machined parts, sheet metal parts, and powdered metal components.
Tier 1 Customers	Our firm's principals collectively have more than 100 years of experience in manufacturing, purchasing, and marketing. Parts from our network of suppliers are used by Ford, John Deere, General Electric, Toyota and many other well known manufacturers. Approvals and repeat business from customers like these do not come easily. Quality and reliability are paramount. Most suppliers in our network are QS or ISO Certified.
Proven Process	Rochester Marketing uses its proven process to solve your needs for custom metal parts. It all starts with a telephone or in-person interview where a discussion of the type of part, part specifications, volume requirements, schedule and budgetary considerations is conducted. We then recommend the supplier from our network that can meet your requirements and provide a budgetary quotation. Next a plant tour is arranged where you get to see first hand the raw material inventory, manufacturing equipment, process controls, and shipping. Most importantly you will get to meet the people that will be involved in the plant -- managers, engineers, quality supervisors, and line workers. Rochester Marketing will work with you through the purchasing and tooling design phase. Once shipments begin we remain as your advocate ready to resolve any issues that may arise.
All types of castings	We supply gray, ductile and acicular iron castings, aluminum sand castings, die castings, steel castings, shell molded castings, investment castings, and permanent mold castings from graphite or steel molds. The green sand foundries in our network are all QS or ISO certified. Our non-ferrous foundries pour a wide variety of alloys.
Stampings	Our stamping houses offer complete service in metal stamping, deep draw, welding, finishing and assembly. They have press capacity from 30 to 2000 tons and will run quantities from a few thousand pieces to up to millions per month.
Machined Parts	We have a number of machine shops available to accommodate the varied needs of our customers. Our shops are either ISO or QS certified to meet the quality requirements of our customers.
Sheet Metal Parts	Our network includes an experienced (since 1976) fabricator of tight-tolerance, precision sheet metal parts. They have lights off sheet metal cells, including one of the fastest laser cutters in the country coupled with automatic storage and retrieval, punching and forming. Additional state-of-the-art inspection equipment reduces set up and first piece article approval.
Powdered Metal Components	Our powdered metal supplier uses a wide variety of materials, provides close tolerances, reduces or eliminates machining; and parts can be plated, oil impregnated, heat treated or case hardened.
